Hi... My 4-month-old baby's mouth and lips are experiencing dryness.

It could probably be due to dehydration so I would suggest you to give proper feeding to the child and on the skin which is dry you can apply Boroline anti septic cream including the lips of your child that is going to help in maintaining hydration in the skin and over the period the dryness will start subsided
