hi... my 4 month daughter is passing stool like mucus n greenish yellow in colour. she is passing 5 per day from last three days .. is it okk ?? i am giving medicine too but no change or recovery... please guide me well

See I think your child has got a stomach infection which is why the child is having Mucus in the stool I’m just going to say instead of self medicating your child please consult your paediatrician for the same the doctor would advise you with the right medicine that you should start giving to the
