Q.

hi..my 4 month baby has nose congestion...I have put nasoclear...after how many hours can I put it again for congestion?

A. About 5 to 6 hours you should minimum maintain the gap also if needed you can put a mustard pillow under the head of the child that really helps a lot in better breathing when the nose is congested so that’s what you can do also you can give indirect steam in halation if it is required
