Hi, My 3yrs daughter is passing poop 2 times a day from last one week, and she s reducing in weight, what ll b the reason and solutions for this?

A. the baby is three years of age if the baby is passing stool only two times a day probably it is normal you can give neopeptine syrup to the baby 2.5 ml 2 times a day
