Hi.. My 3yr old baby girl is having dysentry from morning.. what medicine & food I can give her.. kindly pls suggest?

A. hi you can give sporlac powder in 4 drops of quantity twice in a day keep your child well hydrated in food, give food items like.sago kanji, curd rice, upma, fruits like apple or pomegranate juice etc maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
