hi, my 3 yr old has got cold and has been burping a lot.. how do I relieve him of the burping, it increases more during night time

A. Associated with bloating or gas so it would be advisable for you to give good amount of water to the child but you have to check with the doctor if any moral medicine is going to be helpful in the current situation
