hi, my 3 yr 6 mo old baby girls is having high temperature since yesterday evening. the temperature rose at a sudden on the last evening. She is complaining about throat pain and having high fever. giving her paracetamol syrup and t minic syrup and also giving meftal p syrup when the fever is above 101. Please advise why there is a sudden rise in temperature as my baby was playing normally even before 5 mins of the onset of the fever.
