hi my 3 yr 10m old daughter has for fever and we gave her calpol fever reduced but stomach and back feels hot .why?

A. It could be a normal body temperature so take it with a thermometer and see this way u will know weather it’s a normal temperature or it’s fever and according to that u should react so please do the needful
