Hi, My 3 year old boy complaining about stomachs from last night, i have given him cyclopam syrup, he also had vomit. is this medicine good for stomach ache. He is not eating also. please advice

A. Namaste Mom The medicine is ideal for the stomach ache as such but for vomiting different medication could be required avoid force feeding though offer fluids and fruits only
