Hi my 3 year daughter have constipation but doctor prescribe her muout powder ....uska stool soft hota hai usko week mai air bar bowel movement nahe hota phir wo 3 days k Baid potty karte hai mgr wo 3rd day bht uncomfort hote hai wo khale potty potty bolte hai aur rote hai hum boht pareshan hote hai doctor ne bola isko bade hokar thek hojaye ga isko sara kch thek hai....Mai bht tang agaya hu...koi bolo Mai kya karo

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, to prevent constipation you must induce fibrous diet. Also give her supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Also give lots of water to drink. Good luck and take care
