Hi my 3 months old has high fever after 12 weeks vaccination and he is doing vomits. Can you suggest some medicine for vomits

A. hello baby being small is better to have a check with ur doctor n she will be able to guide u accordingly n will alsoo be safe too n nothing to worry about it
