Hi My 3.2 years old girl having nose blocking or can say nose dryness at night while sleeping. Plz suggest me something m very worried cause bcoz this 3 of us cant sleep properly. Do i need to use humidifier or something else plz suggest.

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 8 m old girl1 Year agoA. No no it’s not cause of cold or some allergies. Its just dryness may b due fan or AC or something else. What should i do ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. nasomist drops c Babe cold can be because of viral infections sometimes frequent cold can be due to allergies you had to treat symptomatically with steam inhalation if there is need for anti-histamics
