Q.
Hi, my 2months old boy had diarrhea from the day we put 45th day vaccine.so i started zinc, today 8/15th day of zinc. day by day slowly the muscus in the poop get disappeared in past 2days.. but today there is a more watery poop. sometimes it look alike jelly sometimes its like urine consistency. am worried much.. what can i do now. is there any big problem??
