hi my 25 days old boy is making sounds while pooping is it normal or any issue with his digestion... he was delivered in 36th week due to my hevy AFL index... was this is the reason for his digestion issue

A. hi little bit straining is ok as babies don't have full control over their bowel movements. so ,if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day,no need to worry about anything.
