hi my 25 days old baby is spitting out milk 5 6 times a day. is it OK?

yes it is ok
I mean, if a child is not showing any other discomfort, looks happy and active,takes feed and sleep well then no need to worry.
just give feeds at gap of 2 or 3 hours.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly ,I mean,the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child mouth.
burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
