Q.

Hi..my 2 year old son is not eating anything except some fruits.. we tried to give different food & flavors..

A. Then maybe your child is having lower level of haemoglobin probably which is why this could be happening in this case I would recommend you to kindly check with your doctor and start with necessary supplements which ever would be required as per the doctor I think mostly it could be due to iron deficiency only
