hi ..My 2 year baby speaks but sometimes she repeating the first letter of the word .. even the simple words first letter is repeating and struggling .. earlier she said same world without difficulty bt now she is repeating and saying the word first letter ... pls help

A. Hearing and speech, at 1 month, the baby turns head towards sounds of rattle, by 6 months produces monosyllable sounds like ma, ba and around 9 months bisyllables like mama, baba. Around 10 months understand spoken speech or sound. Usually by the age of 1 year, child can use two words. Vocabulary increases during second year. Between the age of two years , make simple sentence using two to three words. Gradually their vocabulary increases when they turn 3 years.

A. Interact with the baby play rhymes sing along tell stories show pictures ask to repeat have some question answer session with the baby and also check if there is any new company for the baby. Consult a speech therapist and he will guide you better after examination and analysis
