hi my 2 month 27 days baby after the vaccine my baby poo motion in green is colour she is breast feeding baby

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to the vaccine or due to some supplements that the baby or the mother might be taking. Nothing to panic about. If poop color gets black or you see blood in poop then please get the baby evaluated by a doctor. thanks and take care
