hi my 2.5 year old baby having fever from yesterday an average of 100 to 101 she didnt have flu like symptoms though no sore throat no runny nose but fever is there she is active though playing and talking but little restless i belive its due to heat coz i live in rajasthan with heat i am giving fluids regularly now but still she is having fever ao can u tell me how long it lasts ? can i give her a bath? what medicins i can give her ? what other reasons can be there if its not heat related as there is no other symptoms then fever...????
