Hi..my 1month 16days old breastfeed baby use to pass seedy in initially but now since last night his poop is less seedy more runny mixture of yellow and green colour and stringy like mucus.is this normal however baby seems fine otherwise and has spit-ups due to his reflux generally use to b white thick after burp but last night he dud slight yellow green colour vomit and has no sign of any irritation or problem but i am concerned if frequent mucus poop and vomit is normal for his age?
