Q.

hi ...my 15 month use to drink 1.5 ltr milk in 24 hours....is it ok...he takes his 3 meals also....kindly advice...

A. ok dear but at night he woke up three times at 12 ,3 and morning 6 if I'll not give him milk....how can I manage....in day time he drink 250 ml for 2 naps.....Mai kaise manage karu

A. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day. Include iron-rich foods in your child's diet, like meat, poultry, fish, beans, and iron-fortified foods. Continue serving iron-fortified cereal until your child is eating a variety of iron-rich foods (at around 18–24 months old).
