Q.

hi my 12 month boy baby not sleeping continuously at nite he wants 2 or 3 times feed..plz give some sleep schedule

A. it is very common that small children will feel hungry during the night time and will ask for feeds. this is a normal phenomena and it is advisable to continue feeds whenever the child wants it

A. Hello ma’am Just give proper dinner to your child and after two hours of dinner it is recommended to give milk to the child and maintain a minimum gap of 30 minutes in between milk time and sleep time this way your child tummy is going to be full for longer time and probably waking up will be less in the night
