hi my 1 yrs 9 months baby suffering fever with semi wattery poop ( 3 to 4 times a day ) from last 2 days , what will I do?

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and ityts known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are assogciated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacteridal infection which needs antibiotics treatment
