Hi , My 1 year and 5 month old baby girl has the below skin rashes on few parts of the body. can anyone help me to identify it and pls suggest a proper solution

A. few rashes are developing all over may be monsoon rashes maintain hygiene.. use sebamed extra soft moisturizing cream for baby..it helps in preventing rashes.. take care..
