hi mummies my son is 4 years old having no cold but while sleeping he gets cough with mucus in throat and mild stomach pain from many weeks what is that can u help pls

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to some other cause like GERD so it needs proper valuation before giving any medicatfion .
Primarily you ccan give steam inhalation to the child for the improvement before consulticng your doctor.
