You can add some fresh fruit to milk to make milkshakes or add some turmeric or jaggery etc or dry fruit powder .

You can add eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and if not full cream cows milk all other diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight.
