Q.

hi mu kid 3 years 4months old he looks thin and weight is not as per his age I guess at the same time he eats all veggies and curd food prepared at home kindly suggest what else can be done what kind food can be given and he hates milk

A. Hello mom a little variation from the range of weight gain is acceptable as far as your child is active for his age and eating well. You can add some fresh fruit to milk to make milkshakes or add some turmeric or jaggery etc or dry fruit powder .

A. You can add eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and if not full cream cows milk all other diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight.
