meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy6 years agoA. It takes time and effort to get the previous size back. Also you need to wear belts all the time except for sleeping hours. you can drink warm water in empty stomach. You can do light yoga if possible and if you get time. Start walking for at least minimum half an hour a day. Stretching can help in reducing belly fat. You can also start with exercises but before starting it, it is better to check with your gynaecologist so that you can be sure that your body is ready for any kind of exercise. Always have meals in smaller quantity and ear frequently. Breakfast should be heavy, and the dinner should be always light. Always drink warm water instead of cold or normal water, it will give you faster results. Include fiber riched food and vegetables and fruits more into your diet.
