Q.

Hi moms....I had delivered through c Sec...but it's 6 months now and my postpartum belly still look like 4 months pregnant....I still tie the belly belt for 4-5 hours but nothing is working.pl advise what to do to reduce postpartum belly and how long does it take to reduce this to original Tia

A. It takes time and effort to get the previous size back. Also you need to wear belts all the time except for sleeping hours. you can drink warm water in empty stomach. You can do light yoga if possible and if you get time. Start walking for at least minimum half an hour a day. Stretching can help in reducing belly fat. You can also start with exercises but before starting it, it is better to check with your gynaecologist so that you can be sure that your body is ready for any kind of exercise. Always have meals in smaller quantity and ear frequently. Breakfast should be heavy, and the dinner should be always light. Always drink warm water instead of cold or normal water, it will give you faster results. Include fiber riched food and vegetables and fruits more into your diet.
