Q.

Hi mommies. My lo just turned 1 Yr old now and still wakes up crying for that 3 am feed (on formula milk). And has 150ml to fall asleep again. Can I switch to giving cow milk at night. Also what's a gentle way of weaning off from that night feed?

A. Yes you can give which ever will you would want to give to the child animal milk packet milk formula milk there is no problem with that and at this age do wake up at least only wake up one time some kids wake up every two or3 hours so it’s completely normal
