ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. wait till completion of three years. it's very early to assess anything. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child
