usually baccho me first milk teeth incisors aate hai..upper ya lower jaw me..
bacche k gums ko clean finger tip se gently massage kare isse teeth ko erupt hone me help hogi

Yes aisa ho sakta hai..do not worry about the order of teeth..
Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. The teeth will erupt within this time frame. Take care and all the best
