Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children5 years agoA. generally there is fever after giving a dose of DPT injection there will be some pain redness around the injection are area also if the baby gets fever usually after 6 hours we can use paracetamol drops as advised by the doctor depending on the weight of the baby
