hi medam I have 2 month running helath is not condition what type food I havet taken

A. Hello Eat foods that you like. include more fluids like moong soup. chicken soup, lemon juice, coconut water, milk shake, fruit smoothie. Take small frequent meals Donot worry. this is common in 1st trimester
