ExpertDr Devanshi MehtaPediatric Dentist5 years agoA. Hi You should start brushing your baby's teeth as soon as you see the first tooth. Brush twice a day using toothbrush and toothpaste in rice grain size quantity till the age of 3 years.

When baby erupts three four teeth then u can start using baby brush and toothpaste. U can also try mamaearth Berry blast toothpaste which is fluoride free and chemical free.
