NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes you can give your child egg egg omlette trice a week and egg is infact safe to be given on a daily basis also which is not a problem provided it is suitable for the child and the child is comfortable taking it and make sure the child is able to digest well
