Q.

hi mam. post del menstrual bleedibg was for 45 days. then it started after 27 days. was normal for 3 days but then incresed. usd confirmed fibroid approx 19mm by 14mm. whats management. baby del 91 days ago. last menstrual date was 17.10.17

A. The fibroid size as mentioned in the ultrasound report is pretty small and unlikely to cause any problem with your menstrual cycle. The heavy bleeding could be because of hormonal imbalance; pls have a hormonal check.
