hi mam plz give solution about my constipation because after delivery this problem occurred me and daily night I have taken lactulose because give me a proper treatment

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. better to take softovac powder than lactose. Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements. A high-fiber diet, n adequate fluids intaje results in softer stool that are passed faster.
