Hi mam my twin babies are 1y 1 m old ,my native place is tiruchurapalli,my husband’s work place is Kodaikanal so took them there when they were 10 months old,one the twin baby got high virus fever so we took them back next day to tiruchurapalli,as my husband is working there we have to take them there and go settle in Kodaikanal ,i feel nervous to take them because one got fever last ,do climate change causes high fever in babies.can i take my babies now to Kodaikanal is it safe
