Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! From 6 month onwards semi solid foods are suggested initially fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, dal kichdi, oats, sooji porridge is suggested.
From 8-9 months Mashed rice (mash cooked rice )with dal(plain dal or Leafy vegetables dal,curd rice) , Soaked or stuffed roti /paratha, kichdi, oats, sooji, Dalia upma, porridge with vegetables must be included in regular diet.
