hi mam my little girl who is 2.5 years old likes spinach so much. my doubt is shall I give curd rice with spinach at dinner. she likes this combination much. if i give what will be the side effect.please tell me mam

At the same time would suggest you to keep changing the menu so that your child will taste different foods and flavours. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet,
