hi mam my have 8months completed now 9th month which food is better for him .plz suggest me health food for morning afternoon evening foods

A. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc. you can add fruit and vegetables to enhance taste and nutritional value. also introduce chapati mashed with dal or sabzi

A. Hello dear parent! You can gradually start giving your baby all the healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family in mashed form. Slowly change the texture. Kerp your baby hydrated. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
