Hi Mam my daughter is suffering from cold..As per doctor instruction given medicine timely but how's her nose open

A. steam inhalation is of great help in such a case for cold you can give maxtra drops to times a day to the baby and give steam inhalation three to four times in a day to relieve any nasal congestion, can also put nasoclear drops into the nose

Hi mommy Use saline nasal drops Give indirect steam inhalation Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene
