Hi mam my daughter is 21 months old she is having fever of 102.7 from today mrng .what is the dosage of paracetamol p-100 should I give to her ? kindly suggest,her weight is 9 kg

Should give dandruff to the child because your child is having a weight for almost a one year old child so the medicine would be given on the basis of the weight of your child so 10 drops you can give one time and you can repeat it every six hours also 102 is little high I think you should visit your doctor
