Hi Mam, My Daughter is 2 years old but still she weighs 10kg only but she is very active. what all food we need to give to her so that she will gain some weight. thanks

A. Dear ma’am, you can give fruit milkshake, multigrain porridge, carrot milkshake, ragi halwa, banana dosa, ghee idli, dal rice with potato, boiled sweet potato, veg sandwich or veg cutlet etc
