Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like pzaracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals anzd regular diet and meet the doctor immediately.
