Hi mam, My child is pooping in a kind of black color for 3 days. what could be the cause for it and should I need to worry about it. Thanks!

A. hi it can be food or Medicines reaction or it can be result of formula feed too so please check it and if child is taking food and sleep well,looks active enough, showing no other discomfort with this then no need to worry about it
