Hi Mam, My baby is 7 minths now ..n I still dint get periods ..what shud I do

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. dear mam this is normal after pregnancy so do not worry sometimes until the time you are feeding your child you do not get back to your normal routine but under this condition you have to stay cautious that you should have a safe relation while having intercourse otherwise there is no need to get worried it will be back on the track you must stay hydrated eat healthy and exercise well
