Q.

Hi mam.. my 3.5 years old son is not speaking well. like he talks one or two words only but not like sentence wise. I'm so worry about it.

A. hello mum is child is not speaking clearly but he is speaking everything then there is nothing to worry about it if a child is not able to speak properly even and speaking only few words and definitely you need to consult with the speech specialist now
