ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. This shows baby is not chewing foods properly, so encourage your child to chew food properly and not directly swallow. After one year of age, there is no particular diet plan to be followed you should give a nutritious and balanced diet comprising of all food groups to the child. Like chapati, cereals, oats, lentils, peas, beans, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables, add Desi ghee or butter in meals.
