Hi mam Mera 30 week preganacy chal raha hai mjh 2 din se nose se aur mouth se blood aa raha hai lehkin jb so kar uti hu toh aur cough bhi jam raha hai toh kya karu plz suggest?

can be due to changes in weather conditions too but evaluation is a must

As you are pregnant you should intimate this to your treating gynacologist.
Take nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily
