hi mam Iam suffering some digestion issues like gerd gastritis but recently I gone some small kidney stones uti inection urine culture report seen ecoil bacteria 20 days antibiotic used but 15-20pus cell decreased by only 8-10now again seen 8-10pus cells how reduced completely uti infection plz tell me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. urinary infection is very common. this can be prevented mainly by taking plenty of fluids which will help in decreasing the chances of concentrated urine as well as infection.
at the same time the urinary area should be cleaned with only water and try to avoid any type of soap and cleaning agents.
at the same time after passing stool the perianal area should be cleaned from front to back.e
if the cleaning area is cleaned from back to front the stool can stick to the urinary area causing urinary tract infection.

U2 I can only be treated with proper medications only so please follow proper treatment of antibiotics given by the doctor because UTI is a major infection and takes a lot of time to subside apart from that from your own side try and consume good amount of liquid to maintain hydration and will help also also in flashing out the infection from the body
